Another extremely important bit of advise I want to share is the following. Again, all of these tips and many others are fully uncovered in comprehensive details.
Just about nothing has been left out while covering every step and know how you would need to be completely knowledgeable, confident and comfortable. There is the feeling of satisfaction in being prepared and ready for anything. It becomes evident in your poise, attitude and personality, you are a winner and it shows. You stand way out from your competition.

Assisting High Level Job CAndidates

I’ll take a moment to talk about some of the difficult jobs and the helpful advise I offered to candidates. This along with my special management to assist some of them who were understandably very anxious to get a job.

NUCLEAR PHYSICIST

Dr.F., A Nuclear Physicist was referred to me on a Monday morning in my Boston office. He lived in New Hampshire and had been unemployed for months and really needed a job. Interestingly he had worked with the famous Admiral Rickover on the first nuclear sub. After my interview with him, I phoned a company and was told they couldn’t use him. But because of his exceptional and potential value to them, I insisted they see him. They finally agreed to do so, that same afternoon. They then set up a second appointment for the following Wednesday with the President of the company who was to come into the Boston office. They created a new position for him, as I had previously suggested. They did make him an offer that Friday to start work the very next Monday morning.

OTHER EXAMPLES OF MY KNOW HOW TO ASSIST CANDIDATES

EXECUTIVE IN THE FOUNDRY INDUSTRY

Tom T., For a long time unemployed, was a high level executive in the foundry Industry. After interviewing him I made some calls to companies. One company said he didn’t fit but told me specifically what they were looking for in order to fill an old, six month long standing job opening. I reviewed Tom’s information and discussed the new job opportunity with him. He agreed to revise his resume and it was sent to the company. He started the next week.

B.S.C.E. CIVIL ENGINEER

Shawn A. Was referred to me. I interviewed him. He was, at that time, unemployed with a mixed work history. I made arrangements for him to be interviewed with an excellent company. He phoned the company, and for his own reasons, canceled the interview. I talked with him, explained his future with that company and got him to agree to see them again, if I could find a way to arrange it. I was able to reset it. They interviewed him and made an offer. He accepted their offer and started with them the following week. His career has really advanced in numerous ways. Now after all these years, he is still with them and extremely happy.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Steve Z., An ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Who was unemployed at that time and desperate for a job. This was at a period when unemployment was high and jobs were scarce. Now, because of my understanding of the slow job market and my large company contacts, I offered him a timely suggestion. That was for him to develop a new resume and focus on all of his major designing experience. I n less than a week he had a great job.
